Nellson Nutraceutical Acquires Bariatrix

Nellson Nutraceutical, Inc., Irwindale, CA, has completed the acquisition of Bariatrix Products International, Inc., Montreal, Canada. The acquisition further establishes Nellson as a leading outsourced formulator and manufacturer of functional bars and powders. As a result of this acquisition and Nellson’s recent acquisition of Cornerstone Nutritional Labs’ functional powder business, the company now produces its bars and powders in five facilities across the U.S. and Canada, providing industry leading scale and geographic diversity to its partners.
